1. General

By using MOZU Collect (mozujapan.com), you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products

All products sold on MOZU Collect are authentic Japanese collectible figures. Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but minor variations may occur. All prices are in USD.

3. Orders & Payment

• • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed
• • We accept credit/debit cards (via Stripe) and PayPal
• • All transactions are in USD
• • Prices include the item cost only; shipping is calculated separately

4. Shipping

• • Items ship from Japan within 1-3 business days of order confirmation
• • Delivery times vary by destination (see Shipping page)
• • Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments
• • Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the collectible nature of our products:

• • Returns are only accepted for items damaged during shipping
• • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence
• • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• • Items described as "Used" are sold as-is based on the stated condition

6. Intellectual Property

Product names, character names, and franchise names are trademarks of their respective owners. MOZU Collect is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with any anime/manga publishers or figure manufacturers.

7. Limitation of Liability

MOZU Collect is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or force majeure events.
